Juliet Jordan
Juliet Jordan was trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA)and founded The Voice Business in 1983. She has run the institute ever since, building specialised voice coaching and presentation skills training for the corporate sector and beyond.

The Voice Business founded
Juliet Jordan founds The Voice Business to meet corporate demand for specialised voice coaching and presentation skills training — and has led the institute ever since.
- 1990
Broadcast and emotional intelligence
Broadcasting, voice-over, and media skills join the curriculum as major TV companies request presenter training. Emotional Intelligence soon becomes part of the offering.
- 1994+
Vocal Intelligence method
The Voice Business begins teaching its proprietary Speaking to Win — Vocal Intelligence — approach, training thousands to use the voice with intelligence and flair.
